How to make avocado cottage cheese toast

Step one: Toast a slice of sourdough bread. I like to do this in a cast iron skillet with a 1/2 tablespoon of butter.

Step two: Spread cottage cheese on toast. Slice an avocado lengthwise and remove the pit. Thinly slice the avocado and then scoop it out with a spoon.
Step three: Sprinkle on everything bagel seasoning and drizzle on honey.

How to store
Unfortunately, cottage cheese avocado toast does not store well. The toast will become soggy with the cottage cheese on it. I recommend enjoying it right away.
Tips for Success
Find a ripe avocado: When you give it a gentle squeeze with the palm of your hand. It should not feel overly firm or overly squishy/mushy.
