You will love every bite of this cottage cheese avocado toast. With crunchy toast, creamy cottage cheese, and a drizzle of honey, it’s the perfect balance of texture and flavor. This recipe makes an easy high protein breakfast without eggs.
Toast a slice of sourdough bread. I like to toast bread in a skillet with 1/2 tablespoon of butter.
Slice an avocado lengthwise and remove the pit. Thinly slice the avocado while it is still in the skin. Use a spoon to gently scoop it out of the skin.
Spread cottage cheese on top of the toast.
