Our family has tried many types of “peanut butter substitutes.” Many of them I enjoy such as wow butter or sunflower butter. However, this cookie butter is just perfect in these cookies. Its creamy, sweet and absolutely delicious. If you like Biscoff cookies, you will love this cookie butter version!
How to make no bake cookies without peanut butter
- Place butter, milk, sugar, and cocoa powder in a medium sized saucepan. Heat over medium heat.
- Heat over medium heat until it comes to a rolling boil. Be sure to stir frequently to prevent burning.
- Once boiling, reduce heat to the lowest setting and simmer for 2 minutes, continuing to stir.
- Once the 2 minutes is finished, add in the vanilla, cookie butter, and quick oats. Stir until combined and then drop immediately by spoonful onto lined cookie sheet. You can make them in a variety of sizes.
- This recipe creates 18 large cookies and 24 smaller ones.
- Allow to cool and enjoy!
