Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes + yellow bell peppers: for the center design.
- Broccoli, carrots, and cucumbers: To also serve on the vegetable platter.
- Provolone cheese: To spell “KC”
- Dip options: Hummus, ranch, Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce, dill dip, spinach and artichoke dip.
How to make the game day veggie platter
- Start with building the middle of the platter first with the outline. I used sliced yellow bell peppers for the outline. Then I filled in the center with cherry tomatoes.
- Slice out the letters “K” and “C” and arrange them on top.
- Surround the rest of your platter with additional vegetables. If you have room, you can place the dipping sauces on the platter. If not, place them on the side!

- 10 ounces cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 large yellow bell pepper
- 12 ounces fresh broccoli florets
- 1 lb. baby cut carrots
- 2 slices provolone cheese For the letters "K" and "C."
- Optional: Dipping sauces (ranch, hummus, dill dip)
Instructions
- Start with building the middle design using the yellow bell pepper for the outline. I used a small pairing knife to cut the bell pepper. The outline required 9 pieces of bell pepper in total.
- Fill the center with cherry tomatoes.
- Slice out the letters "K" and "C" using provolone cheese and arrange them on top.
- Surround the rest of your platter with additional vegetables. If you have room, you can place the dipping sauces on the platter. If not, place them on the side!
