Note From Lexi: Why You’ll Love This
Simple recipes like this one create memories your kids will hold onto for years. My oldest remembered making it last winter and asked for it again, which is always the sweetest compliment. It is simple, quick, and perfect for little hands that love to help, which is exactly the kind of fun, family friendly cooking I want to share here beyond just eggless recipes.
If my parents are reading this, they will probably laugh remembering all the times I was supposed to be skiing or playing in the snow but instead ended up eating handfuls of it. Thankfully, this recipe is much more delicious.

FAQ
Yes! if you have 1-2% on hand feel free to use that. I have not used a plant-based milk. If you do please tell me in the comments how it turned out!
This is definitely a personal decision and where you live, pollution rates, and more.
I do not recommend freezing snow ice cream as it changes the consistency quite a bit. Almost just to ice.

Tips for success
- Put the snow in the freezer until you are ready to add it in. It can melt fast inside a warm home!
- If it is too runny, add more snow, 1 cup at time. Snow does melt quickly though, so eat fast.
