- Hawaiian Rolls – There are many different variety and brands that are delicious
- Pepper Jack Cheese
- BBQ Sauce – Any type of your choosing
- French Fried Onions – Provides an amazing crunch and flavor

How to make pulled pork sliders
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- If you are using leftover pulled pork, you will want to warm the pork prior to placing on slider buns. I recommend heating the 1 lb. of pulled pork on a skillet with 1 tbsp. of cooking oil.
- Slice your Hawaiian rolls in half with a long bread knife or serrated knife. Place bottom half of rolls onto the baking sheet.
- Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce onto the bottom rolls. I prefer to use a pastry brush, but using the bottom of a large spoon would also work.
- Add pulled pork evenly onto all all slider buns.
- Place a layer of pepper jack cheese on top of the pulled pork. I used a half of slice of cheese on each slider bun.
- Sprinkle French fried onions on top of the cheese and place the top of the roll onto each sandwich.
- Spoon melted butter on top of sandwiches. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
