Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pulled pork cooked
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce of your choice
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls be sure to check ingredient label to ensure they are egg free
  • 6 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 2.8 ounce container of French fried onions
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • In a skillet, warm the pulled pork with 1 tbsp. of cooking oil
  • Slice Hawaiian rolls in half and place bottom half on baking sheet (I prefer to separate the 12 rolls now. You can choose to leave them as 1 sheet and separate after baking. I find it easier and less messy to do it now)
  • Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce onto bottom half of sliders
  • Add pulled pork evenly onto each slider
  • Place a half slice of pepper jack cheese on each slider
  • Top with French fried onions and then the top bun
  • Spoon melted butter over top of sandwiches
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes
