How to prepare leftover pulled pork nachos
The main thing to keep in mind with this recipe is to have already cooked pulled pork. You can buy some at the store or prepare ahead of time. This is the recipe I always use: Crockpot pulled pork

Toss pulled pork in BBQ sauce and heat in a skillet over medium heat until warmed throughout. Place tortilla chips on a sheet pan. Layer with pulled pork and shredded cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes until cheese is fully melted. While the nachos are baking, prepare your sour cream sauce. This is very simple and all you need to do is mix together the sour cream, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Add on the toppings of your choice and drizzle on the sour cream sauce. Enjoy every bite!

This meal does not store and reheat well. The tortilla chips become soggy if you try and reheat. I would try to just bake enough for what you will eat that day.
