Greek yogurt vs. regular yogurt
Greek It is thicker and more creamy than regular yogurt. It also contains a tangier taste. When greek yogurt is made, it is strained more than regular yogurt and removes a lot of the liquid that regular yogurt has. Because of this, greek yogurt requires more milk to produce it. It is nutrient rich including protein and vitamin B12.
What type of Greek yogurt to use
For the flavor you will want plain. Greek yogurt can be made using different types of milk. Whole milk or nonfat. I prefer whole milk plain Greek yogurt. It has a richer and creamier taste.
