Ingredients
 

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup of milk your favorite dairy or non-dairy milk
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt can swap for coconut yogurt if you need it dairy free
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup to make it sweeter

Instructions
 

  • Place old fashioned oats in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blend until well combined.

Notes

If you use quick oats, no need to blend beforehand.
Other tasty add-ins: frozen banana, protein powder, chia seeds, flax seeds, shredded coconut.
