Sourdough Turkey Sandwich
The best sourdough turkey sandwich! It has a delicious crunchy exterior and is filled with melted cheese, turkey, and avocado.

Spread out 8 slices of sourdough bread onto a working surface.
Mash avocado in a small bowl.
Butter 1 side of each sourdough bread with approximately 1/2 tablespoon of butter.
Assemble 4 sandwiches with a layer of avocado, turkey and cheddar cheese. Be sure to place all ingredients on the non-buttered sides of the bread.
Heat skillet to medium low heat and place sandwich with butter side down into skillet.
Heat on each side 2-3 minutes until golden brown and cheese has melted.
Slice and enjoy!
