Mayonnaise Made Without Eggs

A creamy and flavorful, mayonnaise made without eggs! This recipe only uses 6 ingredients and saves money to make it homemade.

Equipment

1 Immersion blender

Ingredients
 

  • ½ cup avocado oil (or extra virgin olive oil)
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a wide mouth jar or bowl (big enough for immersion blender to fit).
  • Blend for approximately 30 seconds until ingredients are combined and the mayonnaise thickens. (Add more salt to taste. Add more apple cider vinegar 1/2 tsp at a time if not thick enough.)

Notes

Pairs perfectly on a sandwich, wrap, tuna salad, or chicken salad!
Store in an airtight container in fridge for up to a week.
