Leftover pulled pork tacos are the perfect use for your leftover pulled pork. Covered in a delicious Mexican spice blend, placed in a tortilla, and pilled high with toppings.
Heat and season the meat: In a skillet on medium high heat, add pulled pork and water. Sprinkle the spices on the pork: chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. NOTE: if your meat is already seasoned, you can skip this step. Just ensure your meat is warm when you place inside the tortillas.
Toss the meat in the skillet until the meat is slightly crispy and warmed throughout.
Warm your tortillas slightly (10 seconds in the microwave). Line the center of the tortilla with the meat.
Add on the toppings of your choice: Cilantro lime sauce, Pico de Gallo, Sour cream, Shredded cheese, Salsa, Avocado, Corn

Notes
You can substitute the spices here for 1 packet of taco seasoning. If your pulled pork is already covered in BBQ sauce, I would omit the spices and heat as is. It will just have a different flavor profile!Note: Nutrition information does not include additional toppings.Serve them in these FUN taco trucks (affiliate link).
