This chocolate chia seed pudding is a delicious, nutrient-packed snack. It takes the delicious creamy flavor of yogurt and chocolate and adds in the benefits of chia seeds.
1cupvanilla Greek yogurtor dairy free yogurt if needed
⅓cupchia seeds
2tablespoonsunsweetened cocoa powder
2tablespoonsmaple syrup
1servingchocolate protein powderoptional
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk together.
In an airtight container, store in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. I prefer to make it the night before and refrigerate it overnight.
Remove from refrigerator and give it another good stir. Top with any toppings you'd like.
