Equipment

1 Blender
1 Bowl with a Lid
1 Small Whisk - or spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk any type you prefer dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries or fresh
  • cup chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon shelled hemp seeds to sprinkle on top for added protein
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon maple syrup if you have a sweet tooth! Chopped fruit, granola, shredded coconut

Instructions

  • In the blender, pour in Greek yogurt, milk, vanilla, and frozen blueberries. Blend until combined.
  • Pour into your storage container. Using a small whisk or spoon, stir in your chia seeds.
  • Store in the refrigerator in a container with a lid for at least 4 hours.
  • Sprinkle on hemp seeds and any additional toppings of your choosing.

Notes

I prefer not to blend the chia seeds, so they are able to fully absorb the liquid and soften.
Delicious toppings: Granola, berries, coconut flakes.
