1 Mason Jar - Or glass container

Ingredients
 

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a mason jar (or small container).
  • Shake or whisk to combine ingredients.
  • Pour over crisp greens, roasted vegetables, or use as a marinade.

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. When stored, the oil will separate into different layers. Microwave for 20 seconds OR let is come to room temperature and give it a good shake to recombine all the ingredients.
