These turkey and cheese roll ups are an easy snack or lunch option. With a combination of savory turkey and cream cheese, this recipe delivers on both flavor and convenience.
In a medium size bowl mix softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture to the entire tortilla.
On top of the cream cheese mixture, spread out 2- 4 pieces of deli turkey meat (this is dependent on the size of the sliced turkey).
Add another thin layer of the cream cheese mixture on top of the turkey. This will allow the tortilla to stick to the cream cheese and stay rolled up.
Starting at the edge of the tortilla, roll the tortilla up.
Wrap the rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and and place in fridge for at least 2 hours.
Remove plastic wrap, slice and serve!
Notes
You can prepare the roll-ups ahead of time and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Pair them with your favorite dipping sauce including salsa, ranch, or honey mustard dipping sauce.
