These fun letter pancakes for kids are a blast to make AND eat! You prepare them by mixing up the batter, placing inside a squeeze bottle, and then cooking!
Mix wet ingredients together in a large bowl (milk, melted butter, water, honey, and vanilla extract). Stir with a whisk until well combined.
In a separate medium sized bowl mix your dry ingredients together (flour, baking powder, and salt). Pour slowly into the wet ingredients and whisk together gently.
You want your batter to not be too runny that it spreads out way too much on the skillet or too thick that the inside won't cook.
Heat your skillet or griddle
Heat to medium heat. On the griddle I cooked mine at 300 degrees.
Place in squeeze container
While griddle is heating, place your pancake batter in the squeeze bottle. I recommend using a bowl with a spout to pour directly into the bottle.
Cook on griddle or skillet
Butter your griddle. I like to take a stick of butter and just rub it directly on the skillet.
Squeeze out the letter or number on the griddle*. Let it cook for 1-2 minutes prior to flipping.
Serve and enjoy warm!

Notes
If your batter is not coming out thick enough, clip a small portion of the squeeze bottle tip with scissors to allow for a thicker flow. OTHER option: Draw the letter and then redraw it directly next to it (but still touching it) 2-3 times to make it thicker.I purchased my squeeze bottle for .99 cents or you can use an empty condiment bottle (washed thoroughly). Delicious toppings: strawberries, maple syrup, powdered sugar, butter, chocolate chips, whipped cream.
