Equipment

1 Blender

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
  • Optional toppings: shelled hemp seeds, granola, fresh fruit, shredded coconut, chocolate chips.

Instructions

  • In a blender, pour in milk, yogurt, protein powder, and frozen strawberries.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. As smoothie bowls are very thick you may need to stop halfway through blending and scrap down the sides of the blender.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with shelled hemp seeds and granola.

Notes

If the smoothie bowl is too thick and won't blend: Give it a good shake and scrap down the sides. Try blending again. You can also add an additional 1/4 cup of coconut milk.
If the smoothie bowl is too thin/runny: Add some additional frozen strawberries or ice and blend again.
