Easy Italian Sandwich (Without Mayo)

This delicious and easy Italian sandwich is filled with 3 meats including pepperoni, salami, and ham. It has a sweet and tangy flavor with pepperoncini's and and an oil and vinegar dressing.

Ingredients
 

  • 2 slices Italian bread
  • 4 slices pepperoni
  • 4 slices salami
  • 1 slice deli ham
  • 2 slices tomatoes
  • 1 leaf romaine lettuce
  • 1 tbsp sliced pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. red wine vinegar
  • dash of salt of pepper

Instructions
 

  • Start with 2 slices of bread and drizzle the red wine vinegar and olive oil on 1 slice.
  • Add a dash of salt and pepper on top of the vinegar and oil
  • Stack on the pepperoni, salami, ham, lettuce, tomato, and pepperoncini's
  • Enjoy!

Notes

If you are going to make this sandwich ahead of time for work or a picnic, wait to place the dressing on it so it does not make the bread soggy.
