This buffalo chicken salad is the best quick recipe. It’s protein-packed and the best part is the rich, tangy buffalo flavor that adds a kick to every bite!
1lb.shredded chickenyou can use a rotisserie chicken
½cupcelerydiced
⅓cupred onion diced
½cupcarrotsdiced
1cupplain Greek yogurt
1/3cupbuffalo sauce
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
Instructions
In a medium sized bowl combine Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, place shredded chicken, diced onions, celery, and carrots.
Pour in sauce and toss together.
Serve with your favorite chips, on a lettuce wrap, or inside a sandwich.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up for 4 days. The level of spice will depend on the buffalo sauce you add. Make it mild to spicy based on preference.
