Ingredients
 

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Pour in coconut milk and yogurt into the blender.
  • Pour in frozen strawberries.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings such as fresh or dried fruit, shredded coconut, chia seeds, flax seeds, and granola.

Notes

If the smoothie bowl is too thick and won't blend: Give it a good shake and scrap down the sides. Try blending again. You can also add an additional 1/4 cup of coconut milk.
If the smoothie bowl is too thin/runny: Add some additional frozen strawberries or ice and blend again.
